Ho‘oulu Verification Services receives notification of all scholarship, fellowship and internship applicants as they apply with Pauahi Foundation.
Age verification
To complete the scholarship application where age verification is required, your child’s birth certificate must be on file with Ho‘oulu Verification Services to show your child meets the age eligibility.
Submit the following to complete Age verification:
- Certified original Birth Certificate for the student
Ho‘oulu Verification Services will validate if Birth Certificate is already on file. If you are not sure if this document is already on file with Ho‘oulu Verification Services submit it or contact us.
- Mail Certified original Birth Certificate to:
