Mahalo donors of the Hawaiʻi Independent Energy Scholarship. I am thankful for this scholarship because it will help my family pay for my student housing, books, and fees. This means a lot to me because this is the first scholarship I have ever been awarded. I plan on having a successful transition from high school to college and having good grades. I plan to play baseball for Southwestern Oregon Community College. In the future I plan on becoming a diesel mechanic. Mahalo!
