Mahalo McClellan ʻohana for your scholarship. My time on our school’s speech and debate team has been filled with many laughs, tears, and memories I will cherish forever. Mahalo also to the donors of the John A. and Georgia J. Meyers Scholarship for your generosity which has encouraged me to pursue a business degree in design and innovation management. I hope to use this degree, and possibly a law degree along the line, to help the lāhui grow. I am beyond thankful for these scholarships which are a gift to my ʻohana and me as I attend an out-of-state college and strive to do my absolute best.
