You can make a difference! Join us in funding 100 Mānowai Scholarships

Sept. 22, 2025

With the scholarship application window now open, we invite you to support and strengthen pathways for more students and aspiring ‘ōiwi leaders.

In 2023, the Pauahi Foundation launched the Mānowai revolving scholarship fund. This innovative approach to giving allows donors to award $1,000 scholarships to students for the upcoming academic year. This year, our goal is to raise $100,000 to fund 100 Mānowai Scholarships!

Please consider making a gift of $1,000, either as a one-time gift or through monthly contributions of $85, to fully fund a Mānowai Scholarship. While this is our suggested giving level, we want to emphasize that every gift, no matter the amount, makes a meaningful difference. All contributions are pooled to create $1,000 scholarships, ensuring that each dollar supports a student’s journey.

To recognize the generosity of our donors, those who make a gift of $500 or more will receive an invitation to this year’s Mānowai Donor Reception. These donors will also be honored with their names on the Mānowai Donor Wall mural at The Barn at SALT at Our Kaka‘ako. Donors who contribute $1,000 or more will also have their names added to Nā Hanohano Donor Wall at Pearl at Kalauao.

All non-pledged gifts made by November 2025 will be included in the 2026 scholarship award season. Make a gift today and learn more about the Mānowai Scholarship program!
