There are five steps to this application process. At any time you may return to the previous step to review or revise your information. However, once you have submitted your application and received a confirmation, you will not be able to revise your application on-line. While we will be able to capture most of your application information electronically, you will still need to mail to us the following items as applicable:

1. Printed Signature Confirmation Page - Print and sign this page after completing the online application and submit to KAPF;
2. College Acceptance Letter - Copy of your educational institution’s Letter of Acceptance if you are attending a college or university for the first time or currently enrolled college student changing schools or degree programs;
3. Transcript of Grades - Official high school transcripts if you will be attending college for the first time. All other students should submit official transcripts of the most current post-high institutions attended;
4. Student Aid Report (SAR) - Copy of your Student Aid Report (SAR) provided by the U.S. Department of Education Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)Program;
5. Required Cover Sheets - These cover sheets are required to identify your letter of recommendation and personal essay or statements.

All documents must be postmarked by May 2, 2008 or hand delivered to KAPF offices by May 2, 2008.
