Established by Ida F. Miyake and family in memory of Michael "Mikey" Miyake who was part of the Kamehameha Schools Kapālama family for many years. This scholarship honors his passion for both the Athletics and Band/Performing Arts programs by supporting KS Kapālama graduating seniors who have actively participated in these programs, maintained a GPA of 2.5 and demonstrates financial need.

Requirements:

1. College Acceptance Letter (if you are attending a college or university for the first time or currently enrolled college student changing schools or degree programs)
2. Official Transcript of Grades
3. Student Aid Report (SAR)
