Kamehameha Schools Class of 1980 Scholarship
Established by the kamehameha Schools Class of 1980 with funds from their 29th reunion lu`au, this scholarship was created to support students who are obtaining their first undergraduate degree and considered “non-traditional” students defined as re-entering school due to “life” circumstances or single parents, etc. Students should be beyond high school senior status, focused on their degree and highly motivated to serve our Hawaiian community.
Requirements:
- College Acceptance Letter (if you are attending a college or university for the first time or currently enrolled college student changing schools or degree programs)
- Official Transcript of Grades
- Student Aid Report (SAR)
- Minimum GPA 2.0
- Not be a current high school senior
- Obtaining their first undergraduate degree
- Non-traditional student, defined as re-entering school due to “life” circumstances or single parents, etc.
