This scholarship was established to encourage graduating Cadets from the Junior Reserve Officer Training (JROTC) programs of Farrington High School, Nānākuli High School and Wai'anae High School to attend a post high education institution and give back to their community and nation by pursuing a career in public service such as the military, law enforcement, firefighting, teaching, nursing, etc.

Requirements:

1. College Acceptance Letter (if you are attending a college or university for the first time or currently enrolled college student changing schools or degree programs)
2. Official Transcript of Grades
3. Student Aid Report (SAR)
