For an outstanding student pursuing an undergraduate degree in liberal arts or science or a graduate degree in a professional field from an accredited university. Recipient must have a well-rounded and balanced record of achievement in preparation for career objectives.

Requirements:

1. College Acceptance Letter (if you are attending a college or university for the first time or currently enrolled college student changing schools or degree programs)
2. Official Transcript of Grades
3. Student Aid Report (SAR)

Additional items required:
• Two letters of recommendation from teachers, counselors, coaches or employers citing the applicant’s credentials and potential for success.
