We recently honored Jan Dill KSK’61 as the 2016 recipient of the Order of Ke Ali‘i Pauahi Award at a gala held at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel in Waikīkī.
The award is the highest honor given out by Kamehameha Schools and is awarded to individuals who embody the generosity of Princess Bernice Pauahi Bishop. Jan is a well-deserving recipient for his dedication to uplifting communities locally, as well as abroad.
This award and event brings together individuals, groups and all who have a desire and passion for making transformational change.
When we come together as one, everyone benefits—our keiki, families, Hawaiians, non-Hawaiians, and the entire state of Hawai‘i.
Mahalo to all of our gala sponsors, especially our lead sponsors First Hawaiian Bank and Kyo-Ya Hotels & Resorts. Also, a warm mahalo to Jan for his dedication and service to our community.
Me ka ha‘aha‘a,
Interim Executive Director
